Mayan King Hammock — Natural Ecru

$154.99

Our widest Mayan weave, left the colour the cotton grew: natural ecru, undyed and unbleached. The King is hand-loomed by the Maya Artists Collective in the Yucatán on the same centuries-old net weave as The Matrimonial, scaled up for maximum spread — room to stretch out corner to corner, or to share with a small crowd. If you measure a hammock by the quality of the nap, this is the one.

Pre-order — first batch

This is a first-batch pre-order, made for us by Maya Artists Collective. Ships late November 2026. This batch is capped at 20 units so every order is spoken for before work begins. If your order ever runs more than 14 days past its stated ship window, you may cancel for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fees. We will email you when your order is woven, when it lands in Nanoose Bay, and when it ships to you.

Care & quality notes

Hand-loomed cotton softens with every use and will mould gently to your body. Hand-wash cold or soak and rinse, then hang to dry in the shade. On the BC coast, bring cotton hammocks in for the winter and store them bone-dry indoors — treated right, a handwoven hammock like this is a decade-plus piece, not a season. Every unit is sample-checked for weave tension, clew strength and finish before it ships from Nanoose Bay.
